Stitches by Sandra provides custom quilting, sewing services, patterns, and related products. Descriptions and images are provided to be as accurate as possible. Custom/made-to-order items are final sale unless defective.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout through our secure Squarespace payment processor. We accept [ Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay ]. Orders are not processed until payment is received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products ship via [USPS/UPS] to the address provided. Processing time for custom items is [2 weeks]. Styled with Stitches by Sandra is not responsible for delays once items are in the carrier’s possession.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
• Ready-made items: Return within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
• Custom orders: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Digital patterns/downloads: All sales final.
